Terms and Condition
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for all scholarships administered by the Jenny Cares Scholarship program. By submitting an application for the scholarship, you accept these terms and conditions.
- Applicant must be attending 11th or 12th grade at a high school in the DFW metroplex for the Fall 2023 semester.
- Applicant must provide correct and accurate information or risk disqualification.
- Jenny Beauty Supply employees and family members are eligible to apply
- The application must be completed by the student seeking scholarship funds without the help of parents or any other sources
- Applicant should not include any information in his/her essay that could be used to personally identify the applicant. Doing so will result in immediate disqualification of the application.
- All application materials must be received by the Jenny Cares Scholarship program no later than 11:59 PM on April 30th 2024
- All application materials will be evaluated by an independent selection committee and will be graded on grammar, spelling, content, and creativity.
- Scholarship recipients will be notified in mid-May 2024 of his/her award by email or phone call.
- Scholarship funds will be made payable directly to the awardee
- Applicant agrees that by submitting an application for the Jenny Cares Scholarship Program, he or she allows the usage of their picture, name, and any material in relation to the Jenny Cares Scholarship program to be usable by the Jenny Cares Scholarship program in print or electronic media or materials. Upon submission of the application, the essays become property of the Jenny Cares Scholarship program. The Jenny Cares Scholarship program may publish and use the submission, essay, name, photographs, and award amount without prior approval and without compensation
- A list of awardees will be published on our website and partnered media
- All Tax responsibilities belong to the awardee and not the Jenny Cares Scholarship program
Failure to follow the Jenny Cares Scholarship program terms and services will result in immediate disqualification
