Jenny Beauty Supply sponsored a group of students from OGLE School to have a shopping spree for all of the tools and equipment needed for their classes. Students were given a gift certificate and were toured around the new Carrollton Jenny location.

Back 2 School Free Haircuts and Scholarship giveaways 2022
Jenny Beauty Supply partnered with Dooney’s Barber and Beauty Academy to provide free haircuts for children aged 5 to 17 as well as scholarships. This event helped both the community members in getting their kids ready for school and academy members in training.
Run Conference and Trucking 2022
Run conference is an event for new and upcoming entrepreneurs and business owners to learn, train, and collaborate together with other like minded individuals. Jenny was invited as a guest speaker for the event while also being a sponsor.
Juneteenth awareness
with Opal Lee 2022
Jenny Has worked with multiple organizations that were involved in getting Juneteenth recognized as an official holiday which was officially signed by President Biden on June 17th, 2021. Opal Lee is regarded as the “grandmother of Juneteenth” and was a part of many events that were sponsored by Jenny Beauty Supply.
Bosses Brunch for LUPUS awareness 2022
Bosses Brunch is a charity event hosted by Tina Mallett and Sheilahe Brown to bring awareness and gather funds for Lupus.
Leadership Brunch 2022
Leadership Brunch is an event hosted by Marion Skinner and many other guest panelists such as Cleo Greene that shares the experience of entrepreneurs and leaders within the community.
Women of Wisdom 2020, 2021, 2022
Women of Wisdom is an event for young adults to come and learn of the experiences of female leaders within the community. Jenny was invited as a guest panelist as well as a sponsor for the event.
Halloween Family event 2021
with Dallas Police Department
Jenny Beauty Supply sponsored a free family event in October 2021 that was hosted by the Dallas Police Department. Free treats and gifts were given away to members of the community with other activities for families to partake in.
Cosmetology Camp 2021
Cosmetology camp is a camp for people that are interested in the cosmetology field to learn more about how to get started on becoming a cosmetologist. Educators and field experts were gathered to spread their knowledge and experiences in cosmetology. Jenny was a guest educator as well as a sponsor for the event.

Dallas Police Department hosted a Back To School Supplies giveaway with the help of Canales Furniture, Dollar General, and Jenny Beauty Supply. Kids in need in the community were provided with free school supplies and other gifts that were provided by the sponsors.
Mask Relief project 2020

In 2020 after COVID Shutdowns, we worked with organizations within Dallas to provide Masks to others in need. Jenny Beauty Supply donated over 5000 masks during this time. Grand Prairie Police Department Unity Rally 2020

Jenny is and always has been for our COMMUNITY!
We'd like to thank Councilman Atkins of District 8 in the City of Dallas for helping us distribute thousands of masks to those in need in our community. We will continue donating thousands of masks to Hospitals and communities in need in hopes that we can help keep everyone safe and healthy. #DallasStrong
Outreach and Awareness
Jenny's partnered with community leaders to bring awareness to the social injustice and systemic racism that black people face day to day. On Saturday, June 13th, community leaders along with Jenny team members passed out 5000 "I can't breathe" T-shirts to members of our community in order to create awareness of this issue. Jenny's also announced their contributions to the Black Lives Matter movement by investing in the movement as well as the local communities of Dallas, Arlington, and Fort-Worth.
The contributions made were:

Sponsorship to Minnies Food Pantry 2020
During the Covid Crisis, Jenny Beauty Supply worked with Minnies Food Pantry to distributed hundreds of masks to those in need. Jenny’s also sponsored Minnies by providing hundreds of Black Lives matter T-shirts.
Harmony CDC and Services of Hope Community Event
Harmony CDC and Services of Hope joined us in a partnered event at our Dallas location where we passed out grocery care packages to 400 families. Many volunteers from the two charity groups (as well as Jenny team members) helped unload boxes to be passed as our guests exited Jenny's. Guests were allowed to take up to 2 boxes of groceries depending on their needs. The event brought much relief to the people of our community and we are proud to be bringing positive improvements to the health and well-being of our guests and community members and will continue our community services for as long as we operate.
Grand Prairie Police Department
During the Black Lives Matter movement, Jenny Beauty Supply sponsored many Black Lives Matter events such as the UNITY Rally hosted by Grand Prairie.
I Am Not My Hair woman empowerment event
The I am Not My Hair event was an event to display sisterhood love and support amongst members of the community.
